We leave Sunday for our trip from Bergen, Norway to London, England with stops in Scotland and the Shetland Islands.

Follow us starting Sunday, July 5 when we leave on our journey.

After a long day of travel yesterday, we finally arrived at our hotel in Bergen. When I tell you the rooms are small, we are in a 10 x 10 room that includes the bathroom. Bergen is a lovely town and has a lot of history.

Today we had a group tour scheduled but we turned out to be the group so now they are picking us up at the hotel and I got to add an additional stop. Stay tuned.

Quiet day today. Went shopping. For those of you that know about the chocolate in the mini bar, I found a bunch in the local grocery store. Martin, the 3rd Officer, told us where to find it.

Today we are in Geiranger, Norway. Geiranger has a population of 230 people. During the summer they welcome over 1 million visitors. Camping is free as long as you don’t camp on someone’s property.

Today is a sea day meaning lots of naps and food.

I took a picture of the outside at 11:52 pm last night. We have 22 hours of daylight now.

Today we are in Lofoten, Norway. Population 24,500. It is made up of several islands in an Archipelago. We are doing a photography tour today with a professional photographer.

Today we are in Tromso, Norway. The furthest north town of population of more than 20,000. \240We are 350 meters above the Arctic Circle.

Today we are in Honningsvag, Norway. We are late arriving due to the weather. Waiting to see if tours will go or not.

We crosssd the 71st parallel on our way to the North Cape which is the northern most point in Europe. \240The North Cape is a border between the Arctic Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean.

Today is a Sea Day.

A sea day. Multiple naps and relaxation.

We are in Lerwick, Shetland Islands. There are 7,000 residents of Letwick and 22,000 on Shetland Island.

Today we are in Kirkwall, Scotland part of the Orkney Islands. We are setting off on an adventure about town today.

Today we are in Edinburgh, Scotland. We are visiting St Andrews Golf Course, St Andrews University (the oldest in Scotland) and Edinburgh, Scotland.

Today is a sea day. We are in the North Sea. Everywhere you look are oil rigs.

Today we are in London, England. We are going to take the water Uber into town this afternoon.

We moved to hotel at London Heathrow today. Glad we did it today. It took us over 2 hours to get to airport from ship due to traffic. We head home tomorrow morning.
